Fees & Funding

The Government provides 15 free hours of early years education to all children the term after they turn 3 years old.

Eligible working families are able to apply for 15 funded hours for children the term after they turn 2 years old. This can increase to 30 hours the term after the child turns 3. For information on eligibility, visit the Childcare Choices website.

As Little Thetford Acorns offers 30 hour funded places, the following hourly fees are only relevant for children under 3 who are not eligible for funding, or children attending pre-school for more than 15 hours per week who are not eligible for 30 hours of free childcare.

Information on all the national childcare offers, including Tax-Free Childcare and 30 hours free childcare can be found on the Cambridgeshire County Council website Childcare Choices. If you have any questions, please contact us.
